Synopsis:

Carl Allen is divorced, stuck in a dead-end job and ducking his friends. His life is going nowhere. However, everything changes after he attends a self-help seminar and accepts the challenge to say 'yes' to everything. Soon, Carl has a new girlfriend, a promotion and lots of friends. Although Carl is now more open, he's no wiser.
