XXX (2002)

Synopsis:

Living on the edge. Cruising for a bruising. Staring death in the face with a smile. Xander Cage (Vin Diesel, The Fast And The Furious, Pitch Black, Knockaround Guys) is an extreme sports junkie with NUTS tattooed on his forehead and XXX tattooed on his back.

Cage's daring-the-devil days come abruptly to a halt when he's thrown into the slammer for his illegal albeit entertaining stunts. There he is recruited by National Security Agency casting agent Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson, S.W.A.T.) as a new secret agent. His mission, even if he chooses not to accept it, infiltrate a Russian crime ring affectionately called Anarchy 99.

Seems Anarchy 99 is just a fancy front for big bad boys playing with biochemical toys and threaten to terrorize the world order while they're at it. Nothing Diesel can't handle, with a little help from some high-tech gadgets and nerves of steel.
