Synopsis:

Directed by Academy Award-winning director, Oliver Stone, this is the true story of John McLouglin (Cage) and William J. Jimeno, two Port Authority policemen who went on a rescue mission into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, only to get trapped in the falling rubble as the building came crashing down. The heroic story is told through their eyes, their families, friends and those of their rescuers, reflecting the survival, hope and faith of all those involved in the rescue effort.
