| | WishcraftSynopsis: WISHCRAFT is a teen-horror film that is also a love story. The hero is a socially awkward high school senior, Brett Bumpers, who receives a mysterious package in the mail. It's an old bamboo box containing a preserved animal part (a totem), which supposedly grants three wishes. Brett uses the totem to pursue the most beautiful girl at his school, Samantha Warren, who he also happens to tutor in history. He gets her, aided by magic, and incurs the wrath of her jock-boyfriend Cody and his buddies. Meanwhile, somebody starts killing members of the senior class. The police bear down and Brett becomes suspect because his life has changed so dramatically via the wishes. Brett also feels guilty about 'forcing' Samantha to love him, so he takes her to a friend's vacation home in order to confess and offer to use his final wish to free her. But his romantic plans are dashed when the jocks show up to reclaim 'their' girl, and the killer shows up to menace them all.
