Where's Marlowe?

Synopsis:

Two budding filmmakers are hell-bent on making their movie a success, even if they have to star in it themselves, pass on directing honors to their lead actor, and get their hands dirty trying to solve a murder mystery.

After their first bomb-buster, Wilton and A.J., two film school graduates make a documentary about a down-and-out L.A. detective, Boone, who's behind on his rent and who's determined to change that.

But their lessons in moviemaking will have to give way to murder-solving when Boone's partner ends up dead. Do or die, they'll have to make documentary history. Or they'll be history.
