Wayne's World

Synopsis:

The cream of Saturday Night Live crop make their jump from television to the big screen in this gut-busting pop-culture comedy about the bone-headed adventures of Wayne (Meyers, Shrek, Austin Powers) and his sidekick Garth (Carvey, Little Nicky) - two best buddies who have their own weird and wacky talk-show.

From Wayne's basement, they broadcast "Wayne's World" on local public access television. The show catches the eye of media mogul Ben Oliver (Lowe, St. Elmo's Fire) who wants to do a big-budget version of their show.

But while they're in it for the music and the jokes, he's in it for the money and Wayne's girlfriend, rock singer Cassandra (Carrera, True Lies).

Wayne and Garth foil Ben's schemes to take over their show and save Cassandra, and get to hang out with heroes like Alice Cooper along the way.
