Synopsis:

Judge Marcia Blackwell has recently changed her outlook on justice and retribution. Moreover, she has recently been murdered. And Joanne Kilbourn is sure that there is some connection between the two happenings.

Wayne Waters, a reformed criminal who befriended Marcia is the prime suspect, as he also inherits Marcia's multi-million dollar estate. And the missing link is a young delinquent who disappeared the night of the murder. Joanne discovers Marcia's secret. Making the delinquent the key to the mystery.
