Synopsis:

In this sequel to THE FUGITIVE, Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones) chases a double-murder suspect (Wesley Snipes) who flees when the prison transport plane they're aboard plunges into the Ohio River. The fugitive, an ex-undercover agent-turned-hired gun, vows never to be caught. But Gerard relentlessly pursues his prey while the prisoner races to find the real killer before the Marshal's elite team catches the fugitive.
