Touching Wild Horses

Synopsis:

Having survived a car accident that claimed his parents' lives and left his sister in a coma, 12-year old Mark (Mark Rendall) is sent to live with his reclusive aunt Fiona (Jane Seymour- Somewhere In Time) on Sable Island off the coast of Nova Scotia, a world-renowned horse preserve. His aunt's only cheer comes from having studied and photographed these wild horses for the past twenty years.

Aunt and nephew start warming up to each other, each revealing their family secrets. But when Mark violates one of Fiona's cardinal rules--- he touches an orphaned wild colt--- the boy discovers that by breaking the rules, he inadvertently helps her and himself to begin their lives again.
