| | Tomcats (2001)Synopsis: We should warn you - although there are a lot of hot babes in this movie, and even if it stars Shannon Elizabeth, who got very naked in American Pie, and just because writer/director Gregory Poirier used to write porn movies like The $50,000,000 Cherry and Sorority Pink 3 , Tomcats is not a skin flick. Pity, inn it? This romantic comedy, much in the vein of There's Something About Mary and American Pie tells the story of Michael Delaney (O'Connell, Mission To Mars), a struggling cartoonist who must get his best friend and avowed bachelor to wed within 30 days in order to win a bet and save himself from financial ruin. Things get complicated when Michael falls for the woman he propositioned to be his friend's bride - setting up a competition for her affections by the two men. Look out for some truly inspired heavy-handed gags such as Michael's goofball, slapstick adventures with an amputated testicle, as well as the hilarious antics of an S&M crazed grandma.
