The World Is Not Enough (1999)

Synopsis:

When Elektra King (Marceau) escapes her terrorist/kidnapper Renard (Robert Carlyle), James Bond (Brosnan) recovers the ransom and returns it to her oil magnate father. When the rigged cash explodes and kills King, a guilt-ridden Bond wrangles an assignment to protect Elektra and her late father's Caspian Sea pipeline.
