The Ten Commandments

Synopsis:

This classic Biblical epic tells the story of Moses (Heston) from his abandonment as a baby to his growing up years as Prince of Egypt, then to him leading the Jews out of Egypt to the Promised Land. The Egyptian Pharaoh and Moses' "brother" Ramses (Brynner) is out to stop him and plans to kill the Jews. Watch out especially for the parting of the Red Sea and the writing of the holy tablets - effects that were winners of its time.
