The Specialist

Synopsis:

Fate, or rather the miracle of casting, throws Stallone (Driven) and Stone (Picking Up The Pieces) together in this taut suspense thriller about an explosives expert, Ray Quick (Stallone), who helps seductive beauty May Munro (Stone) avenge the murder of her parents.

Her target: a powerful Cuban-American crime boss (Rob Steiger)and his arrogant son (Eric Roberts). The assignment seems simple enough, except that Ray soon discovers he also has to contend with ex-partner-turned-killer-for-hire Ned Trent (Emmy-nominee James Woods - Casino, Indictment: The McMartin Trial), who has a bone to pick with him. Set in the sultry tropical heat of Miami, you can expect a lot of action.
