The Running Man

Synopsis:

The setting is the year 2019 where an innocent man Ben Richards (Schwarzenegger, The 6th Day, Collateral Damage) has been sentenced to the Running Man Game show - to boost the show's sagging ratings.

The organizers have pulled off a coup of sorts by getting him, as he's an ex-cop who has been framed and wrongly convicted of the mass murder of 60 innocent people.

However, as part of the show he has to run through rundown LA, being chased by a group of merciless assassins - and if he escapes their wrath he stands to win amazing prizes like a full pardon or even a condo in Maui.
