Newspaper reporter Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts- 21 Grams, Mulholland Drive, Le Divorce, Ned Kelly) investigates the urban legend of a videotape filled with nightmarish images, leading to a phone call foretelling the viewer's death in exactly seven days.
