Synopsis:

Pendleton "Penny" Wise (Vince Vaughn, Psycho) has got his eyes on the prize, and with a little smooth-as-silk con artistry and a twisted albeit brilliant mind, he's developed sure fire formulas for quick fortunes.

With a telephone, Penny scams people with fake travel vacations, and works on the side for veteran con businessman, Kelly Grant (Oscar nominee Ed Harris, Pollock, Apollo 13, The Truman Show), selling property at serious price-hikes.

Welcome to money-making on the fast lane. But when Penny makes a move for Grant's mistress Caitlin (Julia Ormond, Sabrina, The Legends Of The Fall), he soon discovers that everyone's getting in on the con-act.
