Synopsis:

He's slicker than Bond, more slippery than the Saint - Frank Drebin's (Nielsen, The Naked Gun) back. Who? The spy who answers to no one, not even Her Majesty herself.

Two major cities are rocking Frank's once peaceful world - the US energy policy is being rewritten by the wrong hands and his romance with Jane Spencer is snuffing out fast. He needs to act fast before it's lights out in America and his relationship.
