The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996)

Synopsis:

Can friendship replace sex? What's more important, beauty or brains? Academy Award® winning actor, producer, and director Barbra Streisand asks herself these questions in this tender romantic comedy.

She plays Columbia professor Rose Morgan who enters into a unique marital agreement with her colleague Jeff Bridges (Seabiscuit, The Big Lebowski). The terms of the agreement being - intellect and camaraderie can supplant sexual passion. But Barbra complicates life by undergoing a makeover which transplants her into a raving beauty.

Poor Bridges is now physically attracted to her. A high-powered supporting cast, including Pierce Brosnan, Lauren Bacall, Mimi Rogers and Elle Macpherson, charge the proceedings. And yes, Barbra sings!
