The General's Daughter

Synopsis:

The General's Daughter, in this case, is found bound and brutally murdered. And the General, in this case, is "Fighting Joe" Campbell (Cromwell, Babe: Pig In The City), a well-decorated military legend and the main contender for a vice presidential nomination in the upcoming elections.

When warrant officer Paul Brenner (Travolta, Battlefield Earth), a top investigator in the Army's Criminal Investigation Division, is assigned to the case, he is determined to get to the truth, but has no idea just what a journey it will be for him.

First, he is paired up with another CID veteran, Sarah Sunhill (Stowe, Playing By Heart), with whom he shares a history. Next, he encounters all levels of resistance from the army and slowly comes to realize the grim truth ? that everyone is suspect, including the General himself, and that he may have just accepted the biggest and most dangerous case of his entire career.
