Synopsis:

Near the end of her live, Bella (Rosemary Prinz) has befriended a man named Dominic (Scott Baio) who runs a bakery on the ground floor of her building despite a full-time outside corporate job. When Dominic learns that Bella has inoperable cancer, he sets out to marry her daughter Lucca (Kristin Minter) to make Bella happy and to assuage his guilt at the way his own mother died without seeing him go through the ceremonial triumph of a wedding.
