Synopsis:

What's purple, eats humans and launches movie careers? That would be The Blob. Catch screen great Steve McQueen in his first starring role as he battles the pulsating extraterrestrial. Hitching a ride to earth on a meteorite, the quivering carnivore oozes its way across a small Pennsylvania town, consuming everyone in its path, while teen McQueen and his girlfriend try to sound the alarm to disbelieving adults. This is the original space ooze story, in all its glory and with a title song by Burt Bacharach to boot!
