Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)

Synopsis:

If you thought this next Terminator outing was another Cameron induced robot creature feature about recycled tin cans taught to perform old tricks regarding taking over mankind, think again. New Terminator, new tricks, new director. It's a whole new ball game.

T3 is a refreshing break from what Terminator fans have come to accept as the quintessential cyborg movie, and doesn't take itself too seriously. We are revisited by a familiar storyline - to take out the future leader of the resistance John Connor (Nick Stahl, the HBO Original series Carnivale) and ensure the reign of the machines, Skynet dispatches their latest killer Barbie doll, the T-X (one hot Kristanna Loken) - a female cyborg assassin complete with the T-1000's liquid metal capabilities, a laser gun and flame thrower and inflatable boobs.

Plus, this persistent cyber chick's got it real bad for Connor. Returning as his cyborg protector, Arnie's back to dish out more single-handed shotgun action and cruel one-liners. But Connor soon discovers that his obsolete guardian angel is no match for the T-X. Her mettle under fire makes him look almost biodegradable.

Casts: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nick Stahl, Claire Danes
