Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny (2006)

Funnymen Jack Black and Kyle Glass team up in this comedy about two guys who come together to form the world's greatest band. But to make it work, they must first go on a quest to get the fabled (guitar) Pick Of Destiny housed in a museum.
