SwordfishSynopsis: Fast and furious from the word go, Dominic Sena's (Gone In 60 Seconds) action thriller is indeed a rare and intriguing find - rare because it's not everyday an Oscar winning actress is willing to go topless and intriguing because you won't be able to find that scene anywhere in the film - yes, the mighty scissors of censorship has beaten you to it - yet again. Thankfully, the plot and action more than makes up for this grave injustice. The story revolves around ex-government spy, Gabriel Shear (Travolta, Pulp Fiction) who wants to steal over nine billion dollars of unused governmental funds stored behind heavily secured computer locks. Shear has big plans for the money - namely, to wreak devastation on the terrorists who threaten American interests abroad. So he enlists the help of reformed hacker, Stanley Jobson (Jackman, X-Men) who is coerced by Shear's seductive associate, Ginger Knowles (Berry, Die Another Day) into helping Shear's cause. But Stanley has a more personal motive - to win back custody of the daughter he lost after his last computer crime. But does the end truly justify the means?
