Stranger Inside

Synopsis:

Treasure Lee (Yolonda Ross) cherishes little in life. Tossed between juvenile placements and county holding cells, she's no stranger to the inside of a prison cell. But things are about to change for this woman in chains. She learns from a friend that her mother Brownie (Davenia McFadden), who abandoned her eons ago is doing life in a maximum-security state prison. And all it takes for Treasure to get Club Med membership with her mom is a little crime.

Now a new fish trying hard to blend in, she finally hooks up with her mother, whom she discovers lives like a queen behind bars, with her lover and her children.

Treasure makes up for lost time. Secrets unravel. Souls are searched. And a prison term served - it's purpose, that is. You do find love in the strangest of places.
