Synopsis:

The motto "to go where no man has gone before" takes a new meaning in this fifth Star Trek movie. A renegade Vulcan mystic hijacks the Starship Enterprise to go beyond the finite universe in a quest for God. The Enterprise crew has become hostages to the Vulcan mystic. Can anyone prove that the powerful being they encounter is not God?
