Synopsis:

Sheriff Buford T. Justice wants to retire, but first he's determined to take on a crazy gamble. Two sleazy Texas millionaires challenge him to transport a plastic shark, attached to his patrol car, from Miami to Austin in 24 hours. But Smokey never suspects the obstacles, detours and nonstop chases that lie ahead.
