Six Feet Under #30: Nobody Sleeps

Synopsis:

Ruth's (Frances Conroy) birthday is approaching, and Lisa (Lili Taylor) decides to throw her a party, despite Nate's (Peter Krause) efforts to dissuade her. The party is a huge success--- Ruth deems it "the most enjoyable night I ever had"--- and Nate goes off to sleep, disturbed by the alarming similarity between his wife and his mother.

Nathaniel (Richard Jenkins - Cheaper By The Dozen, Intolerable Cruelty) visits Nate in a dream, and suggests that it is he and Nate who are truly alike.

Claire (Lauren Ambrose) has a night to remember with art teacher Olivier and her best friend Russell, who she mistakenly thinks is gay.

In the Slumber Room, David (Michael C Hall) witnesses a gay lover eulogizing his partner, and when David goes home to Keith (Mathew St Patrick), he breaks down and tells Keith that he wants them to stay together.
