Synopsis:

Steven Seagal is back again as Jack Foster. This time, the former CIA operative is in Bucharest with his daughter when she is kidnapped. As he pursues the kidnappers, he is in turn pursued by the world's intelligence who thinks he is in possession of a deadly virus formula.
