Saints and Soldiers

Synopsis:

An intense war movie that recounts human bravery and courage. Based on actual events during World War II, this film tells the story of five Allied soldiers trapped behind enemy lines in the winter of 1944.

Separated from the American troops, the five, led by the young Corporal Nathan Greer (Allred), hide out in the woods. Their fight for survival and their mission to get back to Allied lines is all the more heightened when they meet stranded British intelligence officer Oberon Winley. Winley holds vital information that could save the lives of thousands of Allied soldiers.
