Synopsis:

Stuck behind enemy lines with a broken down tank, a unit of soldiers from the Allied forces must fight for their survival in the Libyan desert during World War II. Headed by Sgt Joe Gunn, the group has to hold off hundreds of thirsty Germans trying to get at the desert well that they are guarding. Plenty of action and suspense, combined with good performances make this flick several steps above the usual war movie fare.
