Synopsis:

Governor James Reynolds Pryce (Selleck, The Love Letter, Her Alibi) is a happy man. He's been picked by his party as the presidential candidate, thanks to a hard hitting campaign headed by Lauren Hartman, his campaign manager. (Linney, The Truman Show, Primal Fear).

The only problem on his hands now is, the candidate for the vice-presidency. Senator Parker Gable seems right for the job, but with a reputation of being an avid skirt chaser, he could be a scandal waiting to break out.

Other possibilities include Senator Mitchell Morris, who has numerous connections with corporate benefactors, and Senator Terrence Randall whose views on campaign finance do not gel with those of the fundraising expert Shawna Morgan. (Hatcher, Spy Kids). Tom Selleck excels in this satire on party politics.
