Rome Ep 07: Pharsalus - an HBO Original Series

Synopsis:

On their way to aid Caesar's army in Greece, Pullo and Vorenus are shipwrecked and marooned on a tiny island in the Aegean Sea. Greece is in sight but the men can't reach it.

In Greece, Pompey knows that victory is at hand and all he needs is patience. However, he is persuaded by Cato, Scipio and Brutus to attack Caesar instead of just waiting for Caesar's supplies to run out.

Instead of the almost certain victory that Pompey was looking forward to, his forces suffer a crippling defeat. Pompey's allies abandon him and he is forced to flee with his family.

Back in Rome, Atia uses Octavia once again to ask for another favour from Servilia.
