Synopsis:

Funnyman and director Mel Brooks delivers a side-splittingly hilarious spoof on the legendary bandit of Sherwood Forest. Robin Hood (Elwes, Pucked, Pope John Paul II), makes it his mission to defend the downtrodden poor against evil King John and the Sheriff of Rottingham. Along the way, he woos Maid Marian, who simply can't wait to get out of her chastity belt. Anyone familiar with this classic tale will surely appreciate the gags that fly like arrows in rapid succession.
