Rent Control

Synopsis:

A couple move to New York to see if the young woman can make it as an actress. They live with her Aunt and her apartment full of cats. Her Aunt dies, but they learn that the apartment is rent-controlled and they try to maintain that the Aunt is still alive in order to take advantage of the low rent.
