New Jack City

Synopsis:

Small time drug dealer Nino Brown (Snipes, 7 Seconds, Blade: Trinity) has seen the future of drug use, and it's in crack.

Smelling the multi-million dollar potential of the cocaine derivative, he immediately establishes himself as the drug kingpin in New York City.

Nino begins by killing off his rivals one by one. He goes so far as to commandeer an entire apartment building that soon serves as a pristine, pharmaceutically immaculate laboratory processing the crack on one floor as fast as it can.

The rest of the building becomes a stinking hellhole haven for hardline junkies. With his deadly and misguided emphasis on gangster brotherhood and loyalty, the newly-rich Nino believes not even the police can touch him.

Except for cops Scottie Appleton (Ice-T, Lexie, Tracks) and Nick Peretti (Nelson, Lethal Eviction, The Freediver). Scottie's mother was killed by a junkie, and it's a personal vendetta for him against the trade. He and ex-junkie Peretti will stop at nothing to bring down Nino.
