| | Neil Simon's the Goodbye GirlSynopsis: The Academy Award® winning 1977 film starring Richard Dreyfuss and Marcia Mason gets a remake. Paula McFadden (Emmy® Award winner Heaton, Everybody Loves Raymond) and her little daughter Lucy return to their upper East side apartment to find that her boyfriend has left her, and to make things worse, has sublet the place to actor Elliot Garfield (Daniels, Because Of Winn-Dixie, The Squid And The Whale) appearing in an off-off-off Broadway production directed by the quirky Mark (Cumming, Son Of The Mask, Reefer Madness). Warfare ensues for a time in the apartment, with Paula and Elliot constantly at each other's throats.
