Synopsis:

Super-spy Ethan Hunt (Cruise) is recalled from retirement to rescue one of his trainees who has been captured by the villain, Owen Davian (Hoffman), an evil international weapons and information trader. Hunt assembles his crew — old friend Luther Strickell (Rhames), transportation guy Declan and background operative Zhen.
