Mean Machine

Synopsis:

After getting caught rigging a championship football tournament, name-in-bright-lights football star Danny Mehan's (Vinnie Jones, Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, Gone In Sixty Seconds) career and his temper go south, landing him in the Big House for assault and battery.

There, he makes instant enemies with inmates ticked off for the game fixing. The warden (David Hemmings) is Danny's only supporter, and wants him to put together a semi-pro team made up of guards. Knowing his part in the team would spell the abrupt end of his prison term, Danny offers to put together a team of inmates for practice games with the guards, and assembles a rag-tag team of psychopaths destined for a misfire.

Time for a turnaround. But Danny's got time.
