Matilda

Synopsis:

Not all children are born normal - especially those born out of Roald Dahl's mind.

Born into a dump of a family, Matilda (Wilson, A Simple Wish, Balloon Farm) is a surprisingly sweet and warm welcome. And a genius too. But she'll soon learn that the world is a mean place to be. Lessons from her principal from hell, cat-kickers and her Manson-type family have taught her so.

She will also discover that she has the power to change all that. Her efforts to deal with her parent's cruelty unleash her gift of telekinesis. In the end, she will learn about love and fair play. But not before she uses her newfound powers to evict her principal, and evil, from the school premises.
