Synopsis:

When a shiny silver flying saucer lands in the Nevada desert, a group of skull-faced Martians exit the gleaming craft, promptly vaporize a gathering of unfortunate Earthlings, and declare war on the Earth. This studiously campy sci-fi spoof by acclaimed visionary Tim Burton gleefully parodies not only schlocky B-horror movies, but also overblown blockbusters such as INDEPENDENCE DAY, and features one of the most star-studded casts ever assembled for one movie.
