Maid in Manhattan

Synopsis:

Meet Cinderella in New York City! Hardworking single mother Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez- Jersey Girl, Angel Eyes, Enough, The Wedding Planner) works in the housekeeping department of a posh Manhattan hotel. She has dreams of applying for a management post at the hotel but is reluctant to apply.

Christopher Marshall (Ralph Fiennes- Red Dragon, The End Of The Affair, The English Patient) a U.S. senatorial candidate, checks into the hotel, as well as haughty auctioneer Caroline Lane (Natasha Richardson- Asylum, Waking Up In Reno, The Parent Trap). As Marisa cleans Caroline's room, she is drawn to her expensive wardrobe and she tries on one of Caroline's outfits.

Marshall meets Marisa's precocious son Ty (waiting for his mother to finish her job) at the hotel, and bumps into Marisa in Caroline's posh outfit. A walk in Central Park has Marshall falling in love with Marisa--- but she is not who he thinks she is! A romantic comedy of errors results as Marshall seeks the real Marisa and tries to win her love.
