Synopsis:

Based on a true story, the film recounts how brash CNN producer Robert Wiener (Michael Keaton- Batman, Jack Frost, Out Of Sight, Desperate Measures) and his resourceful team made and reported history during the onset of the 1991 Gulf War.

Arriving in Baghdad, Wiener and co-producer Ingrid Formanek (Helena Bonham Carter - Big Fish, Henry VIII, The Heart Of Me, The Wings Of The Dove, Fight Club) contend with numerous logistical, technical, and political challenges as they attempt to report on the looming war situation.

The film vividly demonstrates how a tiny but tenacious cable channel managed to out-scoop the big networks, thereby becoming one of the most powerful and influential journalistic forces in the world.
