Leave It to Beaver

Synopsis:

In this updated version of the classic TV sit-com, Theodore 'Beaver' Cleaver wants a bike and wants it bad - so bad he'll join the school football team just to show his dad, Ward (McDonald, The Skulls, The Perfect Storm), he's a team player and have him get the two-wheeler.

Onto the pitch he goes, but not the distance, and soon discovers he ain't football material. So he quits, and makes sure his old man doesn't know about it. Though he gets the bike, it is quickly stolen by a bigger kid in the neighborhood.

Meanwhile, Beaver's older brother Wally (Detten, The Princess Diaries, After School Special) has cupid duties to help his friend snag a cute girl in school, but manages to make her fall for him instead.
