Synopsis:

The nightmare of the Cold War while over for most in the world, is still a chilling reality for Frank Banner (Armand Assante), a top secret agent working the spy game defecting Soviet spies - a job that got his wife killed.

His latest case to help an ex KGB man on the run from the Russian Mafia and the CIA makes him cross paths with the assassin who terminated his wife. Time for some payback.
