Lady in the Water

Synopsis:

Cleveland Heep (Giamatti) rescues a young woman from the condo pool he maintains, but she turns out to be a mythical creature with a message for the humans. Cleveland then convinces the rest of the tenants to help protect the "lady in the water" from evil beings that are hunting her down.
