Held Up

Synopsis:

Michael (Foxx, Any Given Sunday, Bait, Ali) thought he would impress his girlfriend Rae (Long, The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy, Boiler Room) with a classic car while on vacation in the Southwest, but didn't think she would be angry that he spent their house money on it.

She isn't impressed ? so she dumps him and hitches a ride to Vegas for a flight back home. A street smart kid promptly steals Michael's car, and while he's stranded at a convenience store ? three robbers stage a hold up. Two manage to take off but the third is left behind with a mysterious crate as the cops arrive.

The cops as usual do everything by the book and without much success. Now its up to Michael to keep the robber cool, uncover the contents of the crate and most importantly, patch up with Rae.
