Fugitive Nights

Synopsis:

Brenda Burrows (Teri Garr), a former detective turned private eye enlists the aide of soon-to-be-retired police detective, Lynn Cutter (Sam Elliott), in an ordinary surveillance, only to have another gung-ho police officer entangle them in a fugitive investigation which leads to murder. Set amidst the warm splendor of Palm Springs, the duo encounters problems as they team up to discover the identity and mission of a mysteriously well-connected stranger in town.
