| | Frequency (2000)Synopsis: Frank Sullivan (Quaid, Traffic, Any Given Sunday), is a New York City firefighter who communicates with his son John Sullivan (Caviezel, Pay It Forward, G.I. Jane) via short-wave radio. The only thing is, Frank died trying to fight a fire 30 years ago. Their communication is a result of a freak of nature, and John uses it to warn his father of his impending death and thus saves his life. This, however, changes the pattern of time, and sets off a new sequence of unfortunate events, including the gruesome murder of John's mother. Father and Son then work together from their respective time zones to make amends and to restore the pattern of time.
