Synopsis:

Answering a distress call from the British government, sabotage expert Roger Moore (The Enemy, Boat Trip) runs into dangerous action on the North Sea.

His target is terrorist Anthony Perkins (Psycho, Boogeymen), who's holding the future of England at bay while threatening to blow up a major oil- rig. Moore carries over his Bond persona into this role and guess what? It works.
